1.2.Learns the functioning of the "Airline Companies" units in the institution.

1.4.Takes the necessary responsibilities at all stages of the complex and simple operating environment.
2.1.Wears uniform and knows the rules of use.
2.2.Uses the apron card and fulfills the usage requirements of the apron card.
2.3.Knows the basics regarding airline passenger expectations and behavior.
