Course ContentThis course contains; Aviation alphabet and the necessity of using the phonetic alphabet correctly in communication,Air transportation terms,Airport terms,Aircraft terms,Flight terms,Cabin and galley terms,Emergency terms,Normal Safety,Passenger terms,Flight documents,In-flight catering and service terms,Basic health and first aid terms,Ticket processing, passenger boarding and de-boarding,Hotel and accommodation terms.

1.1.Students learn how to read and use the terms in documents by making the explanations.
1.2.Students learn the aviation alphabet and use it when necessary.
1.3.Students learn the phonetic alphabet (learn English pronunciation).
2.1.Students can interpret the lesson better because he / she knows the abbreviation and aviation terminology.
2.3.Explains the terms Aircraft/Air/Ticket and Baggage.
3.1.Knows the institutions and organizations operating in the aviation industry.
3.2.Understands emergency terms.
4.1.Knows the meaning of Aeronatic Meteorology.
4.2.Defines the duties of a Meteorological Observation Office (MWO).
5.Can define the terms basic health and first aid practices.16, 9A
5.1.Knows the basic applications of first aid.
5.2.Explain the concepts of occupational health and safety in civil aviation (hazard, risk concept, definition of work accidents and occupational diseases).
1. Will be able to learn the methods of organizing the documents and forms required for the aviation industry. 16, 9A
2. Will learn the basic concepts and rules in the aviation industry. 13, 16, 9A
2.2. It provides a better understanding of aviation related publications.
3. Will be able to explain EASA/ICAO/IATA/FAA institutions in detail.14, 16, 37, 9A
