Course ContentThis course contains; Introduction to Operations Management and basic concepts,Historical Evolution of Operations Management, What is Industry 4.0?,Production process, Objectives of Operations Management,Production Management functions, use of Gantt Chart,Strategic Decisions in Production Management,Productivity, SWOT Analysis,Site Location Selection and Workplace Arrangement Techniques,Center of Gravity Method,Warehouse Management,Inventory Management,Material requirement planning,Quality Management, Product Quality and Process Quality,Deming and Total Quality Management,Enterprise Resource Planning.
