Course ContentThis course contains; Consept of Law and the Relationship with other Social Order Institutions,Private Law and Public Law, Rule of Law and Rules Hierarchy, Implementations of Legal Rules in Terms of Place, Time and File,Judical Discretion and Creation of Law by Judge, Concept of Right, Species, Aqusition and Loss of Rigts, Good Faith and Bona Fide, Basic Concepts of Law of Persons, Start and Finish of Personality,Capacity to have Rights and to act of Natural Persons, Personal Rights and Protection,Basic Concepts of Juristic Persons, Species, Capacity to have Rights and to act,Basic Concepts and Main Problems of Family Law, Basic Concepts and Main Problems of Law of Property, Basic Concepts and Main Problems of Law of Succession.
