The aim of the course is to providing knowledge about the reasons, diagnosis, and treatment methods of chronic kidney failure as well as training the students about all the methods of hemodialysis application.
Course Content
This course contains; 1. Kidney anatomy and physiology.Definition and reasons of chronic kidney disorder,2. Acid, base and ion metabolism failure,3. Ethiopathogenesis of chronic kidney failure,4. Conservative treatments in chronic kidney failure. Calcium phosphorus metabolism,5. Renal replacement treatments,6. General principles of hemodialysis,7. Acute hemodialysis, chronic hemodialysis, hemodialysis competence, Mg complications of hemodialysis,8. Complications of hemodialysis and their treatments, hypertension,9. Complications and interventions in hemodialysis.,10.Anemia in chronic renal failure,11. Tendency for infections during CKF, vaccination during CKF and hepatitis patients,12. Interaction of drugs, kidney, and dialysis during CKF,13. Diabetes mellitus in dialysis patients,14. Regulations, costs of kidney diseases.
