AimIt is aimed to learn the precautions to be taken to ensure airport and flight security. In addition, understanding the importance of security issues in aviation, the measures that need to be taken to prevent illegal threats and attacks, and the importance of international legislation and practices on this subject will be examined.
Course ContentThis course contains; Differences between Safety and Security,Basic concepts and historical process regarding aviation security,National and International Organizations in Aviation Security,National Civil Aviation Security Program,History of Attacks on Civil Aviation,Air Cargo Security,Airport Operator Security and Organization,Security measures,Security Fields and Applications,Safety of Aircrafts,Sample accident-incident studies,New approaches in Aviation Security,Syber Attacks and Air Traffic Management Security,General evaluation.
