Course ContentThis course contains; General Definitions, prominence of team work, responsibilities of the project mission,Business Program; to understand the contract, to discuss important breakdowns in the work program.,Construction site installation, site types.,Determination of the disciplines to be included in the production site, coordination, production preparation at the site.,Manufacturing Teams / Subcontracting concept.,Application Works,Excavation Works,Site Layouts / Office Studies,Manufacturing Control, measures for delays, remedies and claims.,Active site visit planning, Temporary and final acceptance; as-built projects.,Information about the technological management systems to be used in the construction sites., Site demobilization works..
