Aim | The aim of the course is to explain the microbiological characteristics, pathogenesis and clinical outcomes of infectious disesases agents; the general principles of prevention and control of infectious diseases; to have basic knowledge about the role of microbiology and pathology laboratory; to understand general pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and pharmacogenetic properties of drugs; to learn the anamnesis of the children and the principles of physical examination and have knowledge about the principles of healthy growth and development; provide information on epidemiological and demographic methods used to evaluate public health; to explain preventive medicine and developmental health service principles |
