Aim | The aim of this course is to introduce the diagnosis and treatment principles of most common diseases in obstetrics and gynecology in reference to Core Medical Curriculum and to explain the principles of diagnosis and treatment. |
Course Content | This course contains; Introduction to Anatomy of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Human reproductive physiology, Female Genital System and Embryology of Gonads, Women's Life Phases and Puberty, Normal Birth Mechanism,Menstruation Cycle, History, Examination and Diagnostic Methods in Gynecology, Pregnancy Diagnosis and Antenatal Care, Pain, Current and Abnormal Bleeding in Gynecology, Maternal Change and Puerperium Physiology in Pregnancy, Female Genital System Infections, Lower Genital Traktus Neoplasia: Etiology and Pathogenesis, Uterus and Ovarian Neoplasia: Etiology Vepatogenesis,History taking in Obstetrics, Examination, Diagnosis and Screening Tests, Endocrinology of Pregnancy, Development of Fetus and Placenta,Family Planning. |
