Aim | The aim of this course is to provide the students with the ability to use the basic laboratory tools and techniques and to acquire basic clinical skills on the task trainer models. Additionally to provide the students with knowledge and skills of planning and conducting a scientific research or a project. |
Course Content | This course contains; Sample collection and culture applications,Preparation, gram staining and microscopic examinations,Clinical laboratory operation and general concepts,Blood glucose measurement using glucometer,Cell culture laboratory layout,Cell culture applications,Wound dressing,Nasogastric catheter insertion and removal,Insertion and removal of urinary catheters in women and men. |
