2. Will be able to evaluate freedoms and rights in the complex structure of the dialectical relation between ‘being the fact of natural being’ and ‘being the fact of social being’.19, 9E
2.1. Define, on the basis of the faculty which differentiates human being from other living creatures, the necessary rights of individual to develop his/her physical and spiritual existence and to determine his/her9
2.2. Explain freedoms and rights on the basis of concrete features (color, ethnic origin, sex, language, philosophical ideas, belief, conscience, opinion, religion, denomination, physical and mental orientations and similar differences) of the individual.10, 9
2.3. Interpret the factors which alienate the individual from his/her freedoms and rights.9
3. Will be able to evaluate the impact of different political approaches emerging from the discourses of ‘the limitation of freedoms and rights’ and ‘suggesting sanctions for concrete actions’ to human rights problem, and forms of state which will determine the preference on this subject.10, 9
