1. Will be able to determine how the problems arising from IT Law are perceived.9A
1.1. Examines National and international judicial decisions regarding IT Law.
1.2. Gains the ability to follow current developments regarding IT Law.
2. Will be able to explain the functioning of e-commerce applications.9A
2.1. Explains the problems caused by e-commerce in terms of private international law.
2.2. Comprehends current issues in e-commerce and the preparation of electronic contracts.
3. Will be able to explain the basic principles regarding cyber crimes.9A
3.1. Will be able to explain knowledge about the types of crimes that may occur under the title of Crimes in the Field of Informatics under the Turkish Penal Code.
3.2. Will be able to explain about the regulations aimed at preventing and eliminating acts such as criminal offenses or violations of personal rights through the Internet.
4. Will be able to examine the legal characteristics of blockchain technology.9A
4.1. Explains legal information about commercial electronic messages and message management system.
4.2. Examines the legal dimension of NFTs produced via blockchain technology.
5. Will be able to examine the importance of the Personal Data Protection Law in IT Law.9A
5.1. Examines the concepts of data controller and data ethics.
5.2. Examines the legal analysis of personal data inventory.
5.3. Explains the creation of confidentiality agreements regarding data transfer between the data controller and the data processor.
