2.1. Understands Tuckman’s team forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning stages.
2.2. Knows the problems and solutions encountered in the development stages of the team.
3. Experiences how to lead the development stages of the team, which are forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning.
