Course ContentThis course contains; Defines International Transport Documents and Importance of Transport Documents,Defines multi-modal transport document and sorts characteristics.,Defines sea/water transport documents. Sorts characteristics of sea transport documents.,Defines road transport documents and sorts characteristics.,Defines air transport documents and sort characteristics of air transport document.,Defines rail transport documents and sorts the characteristics of rail transport document.,Sorts international delivery terms of Incoterms 2020 in two major groups.,Sorts international delivery terms (Incoterms 2020) into four subgroups as E, F, C and D groups.,Differentiates between C and F group delivery terms (Incoterms 2020).,Explains differences of D delivery terms group from other groups.,Defines EXW and DDP differences.,Explains DPU difference from other delivery terms.,Defines insuranc characteristicss and difference between insurance levels of CIF and CIP..

3.2 Can define all (sea, road, air, rail and combined) international delivery terms.9A
4. Can differentiate the risks to exporter and importer, depending on the delivery term agreed upon.9A
4.1 Can define the responsibilities of importer and exporter as per the agreed upon international delivery rule.9A
4.2 Depending on the agreed upon international delivery term of the importer and exporter can explain the delivery point and the payment liabilities of the importer and exporter.9A
5. Will be able to explain payment terms (except letter of credit) used in international trade.9A
5.1 Will learn how to make advance payments in export and import transactions.9A
5.2 Will have knowledge about the risks and management of credit and deferred payment.9A
