3.1 Appreciates the effectiveness of these rules if the parties choose to submit any dispute relating to their transactions to international arbitration.9A

4. Will be able to recognize the application area and scope of Sale and Transportation Law.9A
4.1. It identifies the contracts in the field of Transportation Law and evaluates the law to be applied to the relevant contracts.9A

5. The INCOTERMS rules will be understood and the purpose of these rules will be determined.9A
