Aim
The purpose of the Trade Law course to teach the rules and institutions governing commercial activities ; To examine the general principles and theories of business law in detail in this context , to teach the principles and rules relating to commercial law and practice to gain the ability to solve problems by showing the examples.

This course contains; Definition of Commercial Enterprise , Elements , Central - Branch Concept,Commercial Business & Commercial Results and Related Provisions ,Gaining and Losing to the Merchant,Merchant Connected Results,Dependent Merchant Aids,Independent Merchant Aids,Trade Name, Business Name , Brand,Competition,Current Account Agreement,Simple Company,Collective Companies and Limited Partnership,Corporations,Limited Liability Company,Negotiable Instruments.
