AimThe primary objective of the Logistics Law course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to understand and navigate the legal issues that businesses and professionals in the logistics sector may encounter. This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the legal framework governing logistics operations, including examining national and international transportation regulations, addressing logistics contracts, and gaining insights into risk management and dispute resolution. Additionally, it offers students the opportunity to learn how to ensure legal compliance in logistics processes and develop problem-solving skills in logistics operations. This course establishes the necessary legal foundation for students to thrive in the logistics industry.
