Course ContentThis course contains; Urban concept, urbanization and history of urban logistics,Basic concepts, principles, components and related parties of urban logistics,Urban freight production centers,Urban distribution channels and system approach,Logistic villages and centers,Urban logistics problems and solution proposals,Modelling and location decisions in urban logistics,Urban logistics analysis of Istanbul,Urban logistics analysis of Istanbul,Case studies,Urban logistics strategies and planning,Performance criteria and consolidation for urban logistics,Use of technology in urban logistics, smart cities and vision for the future,Term project presentations.
