AimBy trying to understand the nature of change, examining and analyzing the behavior of managers and employees in companies that have seen different ways of implementing change and changed themselves by turning to the appropriate approach or, on the contrary, shrank or disappeared, and by presenting different examples, the aim is to increase and expand the participants' views on change efforts.
