Aim	This course aims at providing students with a general introduction to the field of psychology. At the end of this course, the student will develop an understanding of core psychological concepts and theories, as well as the scientific study of behavioral and mental processes.
Course Content	This course contains; Introduction: Goals, introduction to basic terms and disciplines,Sensation, perception and attention,Memory, learning and representation of the information,Language and its' structure,Motivation and Emotion,Consciousness: Imagery, sleep and dreams,Development: Fundamental concepts,Pysical, cognitive and psychosocial development,Kişilik,Behavioral problems and the concept of the psychological disease,Psychological status of the patienet and relation of the patient and physician,Basic Communication skills,Death, paient who has deadly disease, dying and mourning,Social factors affecting prejudice and behaviour.
