Aim | To examine the legal relationships that are subject to law of obligations with the observations of the developments in theory and practice in the light of modern law. To explain the sources and basic concepts of law of obligations. |
Course Content | This course contains; Basic Concepts of Debt Law,Sources of Debts,Debts Arising from the Convention, Freedom of Contract, Pre-contract Liability,The Validity of the Contract - the Harmony Between Will and Declaration,Representation,The Interpretation of the Contracts,The Contract Promise,Liabilities Arising from Unlawful Liability,Perfect Responsibility,Provisions and Consequences of Tort,Debt Arising from Unjust Enrichment,Performance,Special Circumstances in Obligation,The Termination Reasons of Debts. |
