AimIt is aimed to understand the impact of social determinants of health on health policies by explaining the basic concepts of health management. By explaining the basic concepts of health law and ethics, it is aimed to ensure that the legal responsibilities of physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals are handled and understood in accordance with international declarations and health law. It is aimed to explain the impact of the Reform of Health Policies in Turkey on the laws regarding health and midwifery in Turkey.
Course ContentThis course contains; Basic Concepts of Health Management,Social Determinants of Health,Health Systems in the World and in Turkey,Historical Development of Health Policies in Turkey,Health Transformation Program,Legislation Regarding the Management of Health Services,Patient Rights and Development,National and International Organizations Related to Health,Medical Law and Basic Concepts,Legal Regulations Regarding Health Law,Informed Consent, Patient Autonomy,Medical Records, Organ and Tissue Transplantation,Clinical research and ethics committees,The legal nature of the health care teams-patient relationship and the legal responsibilities of health care teams, current debates.
