AimDescribe and analyze the professional framework of architecture, interior design and industrial product design; Describe and analyze the legal ad regulatory framework of Professional practice. (This course includes a hypothetical tendering game for Students of Architecture and Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Departments . Students split into design and build firms, with one team undertaking the role of the tender board on behalf of the employer. The tender board develops the tender documents, the contract and the evaluation criteria for a Zen Garden Project and subsequently organizes the sealed bid . The design and build firms prepare their offers on a design and build basis, with a priced bill of quantities. A hypothetical claim/dispute between the winning team and the employer follows.)
