Course ContentThis course contains; Definition of maternal-child health, the situation of child health in our country and in the world,The formation of pregnancy, the child's growth in the womb, The effects of the diseases and accidents (during pregnancy) on the growth of the child,The evaluation of the growth of children between the ages of 0 and 6,Pediatric diseases seen in children between the ages of 0 and 6 (diarrhea, respiratory tract infections, immunization and exanthema diseases, parasitic infections, etc.) and the prevention of them,Vaccines,Health problems of the woman in different life stages,Children’s rights, the prevention of neglect and exploitation of children,Family planning and contraceptive methods,Basic life support in first aid and the first aid that the teacher (instructor) should give in bleeding,The first aid that the teacher (instructor) should give in cases of burning, fracture/dislocation, injury, etc.,The first aid that the teacher (instructor) should give in cases of (insect) sting, poisoning, etc.,The first aid that the teacher (instructor) should give in cases of deglutition of foreign body, asphyxiation, etc.,Practice.
