Aim	The aim of this course is to teach the students surgical periodontal treatments (gingivectomy, gingivoplasty, periodontal flap, flap techniques), resective, reconstructive and regenerative treatment, periodontal plastic and aesthetic surgery, endo-perio lesions, furcation problems, supportive periodontal treatments, the results of periodontal treatment and is to help them develop a diagnosis and treatment plan.
Course Content	This course contains; Surgical Periodontal Treatment,Gingivectomy, gingivoplasty; wound healing,Periodontal flap; wound healing,flap techniques,Resective, reconstructive and regenerative periodontal surgery,Furcation lesions and treatment,Perio-endo lesions and treatment,Periodontal plastic and aesthetic surgery (Mucogingival surgery; wound healing),Preparation of the periodontium for restorative dentistry/preprosthetic surgery,Restorative relationships/Restoration specific considerations,Results of Periodontal treatment ,Supportive periodontal therapy.
