AimMacromolecules taken with food take part in the structure and function of the cell. The aim of this course is to demonstrate the necessity of the cell for a healthy life, proven by evidence-based biochemical reactions; It is to explain biological amines, enzymes and vitamins and minerals, which are the active ingredients of enzymes, hormones, ammonia and urea synthesis.
