Aim | Students will be taught the structure of civil courts in Turkey, procedural law rules applied in cases, the situations, rights and obligations of the plaintiff and defendant in the case, opening of the case and representation in the case, duties and obligations of judges and other officials, presentation of evidence and burden of proof, final judgment, appeal and Detailed information will be given on legal remedies regarding appeal, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods, accompanied by legislative provisions, review of judicial decisions and implementation practices. |
