AimIn this course, Ottoman political history will be analyzed and discussed within the framework of the history of thought. Through this course, students are expected to learn the framework of the history of Ottoman political thought, explore the historical and intellectual contexts of Ottoman political thought, and trace and discuss the interactions of these intellectual processes with the history of the Ottoman state and society.
