Course ContentThis course contains; 1. Determination of contemporary issues of health law and their causes. Evaluation of contemporary issues of healt law in general.,2. Socio-cultural foundations of contemporary issues of health law.,3. Development of patients’ rights and international bill of rights for patients,4. Reflection of development in the field of medicine and technology to health law.,5. Health care employee’s legal responsibilities as a result of reflection of development in the field of medicine and technology to health law.,6. Definition of medical malpractice and common malpractices as a result of reflection of development in the field of medicine and technology to health law.,7. Legal, ethical, clinical and social dimensions of medical malpractices.,8. Legal aspect of informed consent, informed consent in special medical treatments,9. Understanding of social ethics in medicine: distribution of resources, transplantation…,10. Clinical research concept, history and development, key national and international legal regulations.,11. Legal and ethical issues in clinical research, debate,12. Critical approach to bio-medical technology and cases,13. Current debates in different fields of medicine.
