Aim | The aim of the course is to inform students about the business management process and to make them synthesize management concepts. Managerial concepts and models will be discussed in the light of academic studies, films and discussions. |
Course Content | This course contains; Introduction to the Course/ General Managerial and Organizational Concepts,Administrative Philosophy,Organization and Administrative Philosophy Decision and Policy Making,The Emergence of Industrial Organizations and Scientific Approaches to Organization,Organizational Design Process, Elements of Organizational Structure and Its' Principles,Management and Leadership (personal differences, power, authority, motivation, team dynamics),Modern Management Approaches,Modern Management Approaches,Postmodern Management Approaches,Postmodern Management Approaches,Change Management,Corporate Governance,Corporate Sustainability Management,Reseach Proposal Presentations. |
