1.3. determines an issue and purpose to be examined.16, 4, 9
1.4. develops a conceptual framework based on an appropriate theory and available literature.16, 4, 9

2. will be able to determine an appropriate research methodology in order to scientifically test the study hypothesis (hypotheses).16, 4, 9
