Course Content | This course contains; Drug interaction and inappropriate drug combinations ,Mechanisms of drug interactions ,Pharmacodynamic interactions,Pharmacokinetic interactions,Operational Classification of Drug Interactions (ORCA),Cytochrome P450 enzyme system,CYP450 system, Transporter substrates, Inhibitors and Inducers,Genetic polymorphysim in cytochrome P450 enzymes,Interactions in drug elimination ,Drug use in special populations,Food-drug, drug-drug, supportive therapy-drug interactions,Drug interactions with herbal products,Clinical implications of drug interactions ,Case study II. |
