Aim
This course aims to enable students to understand and practice basic molecular techniques at the RNA and protein level, cell culture and imaging, and basic tissue treatment techniques.
Course Content
This course contains; Preparation of solutions, PH adjustment and autoclave use,Polimerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and agarose gel electrophoresis,Quantitative real time PCR reaksiyonu ve analizi,Preparation and running of SDS-PAGE,Western Blot analysis
,Cell Survial Assays (MTT etc),Basic Statistical Analysis,Cell Culture rules and principles, Cell Culture passaging, counting and thaw,Basics of Immunocytochemistry,Tissue Preservation methodologies and tissue sectioning,Basics of immunohistochemistry,Immunoflourescence Microscopy Applications,Image Analysis applications.
