Quality Assurance and Accreditation

The quality assurance system in Türkiye is based on an internal evaluation process conducted annually by universities and an external evaluation process typically carried out every five years. This system is structured to include accreditation and assessment elements to guarantee program-based learning outcomes within the context of the "National Qualifications Framework."
As an integral part of the strategic management process, our university's Quality Assurance System encompasses the formulation of quality assurance policies, as well as the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of strategies to realize these policies. Our Quality Assurance System consists of the following steps:
