Dear Students,
You can obtain your student certificate via the e-Devlet (e-Government) system. Please follow the steps below to get your document:
- Log in to the e-Devlet Gateway at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr using your TR ID number and password.
- After logging in, type "Student Certificate Inquiry" (Öğrenci Belgesi Sorgulama) in the search bar and select the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) / Student Certificate service.
- You can view your certificate on the screen and download it in PDF format.
- You may use the downloaded document for your official transactions.
- Student certificates obtained through the e-Devlet system are officially valid.

Note: Procedures regarding status changes (withdrawal/de-registration, leave of absence/registration freeze, re-registration, etc.), lateral transfer and double major/minor applications, as well as the preparation of transcripts, are handled by the respective academic units (Institute / Faculty / School / Vocational School).
The Student Accounting unit is responsible for monitoring all registration processes and discount opportunities, including DGS (Vertical Transfer), Lateral Transfer, YKS (National Entrance Exam), International Student Quotas, Graduate (Master's), and PhD programs.

MEBİS is the student information system that you will use actively throughout your academic life.
Students can access the MEBİS automation systems by entering their Username and Password. The default username is the student number, and the initial password is set as the TR ID number by the system; however, students may change their password via the system if they wish.

- Documentation: Maintaining and managing the required documents for the registration of international students.
- System Support: Opening MEBİS accounts for international students and providing consultancy services to resolve any system-related issues.
- Advisory Services: Informing international students about post-registration procedures such as course selection, exemption exams, dormitory arrangements, withdrawal (de-registration), leave of absence (registration freeze), and change of department.
- Translation and Coordination: Providing translation and consultancy services for international students in their transactions and communications with other university departments.

- From Kadıköy: Take bus 14M and get off at the Kavacık Sapağı stop to reach Medipol University Kavacık North Campus.

- From Ümraniye: Take the Üsküdar-Çekmeköy Metro (M5) and get off at the Bağlarbaşı station. Use the Faculty of Theology (İlahiyat Fakültesi) exit. From the bus stop there, take bus 14M and get off at the Kavacık Sapağı stop to reach Medipol University Kavacık North Campus.

- From Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Avcılar, Küçükçekmece, or Bahçelievler: Take the Metrobus from any station and get off at Ayvansaray. From the left side of the station, take bus 500T and get off at the Kavacık Köprüsü stop to reach Medipol University Kavacık North Campus.

Transportation from the YHT (High-Speed Train) Station to Campus
The most efficient way to reach Medipol University North Campus from the Bostancı YHT Station is by using public buses. To reach Medipol via bus, please follow these steps:
After arriving at the Bostancı YHT Station, walk to the Hayrullah Kefoğlu Anadolu Lisesi bus stop.
Take bus 129T, travel for 12 stops, and get off at the Mobilyacılar Sitesi stop.
Transfer to bus 15BK. After 8 stops, get off at the Yeni Riva Yolu stop.
From there, a 3-minute walk (250m) will bring you to the Medipol University North Campus.

Transportation from the Bus Terminal (Otogar) to Campus
The most convenient way to reach Medipol University from the Harem Bus Terminal is by using public buses. To reach Medipol via bus, please follow these steps:
Proceed to the Harem bus stop.
Take bus 11C, travel for 5 stops, and get off at the Şemsipaşa stop.
Take a 6-minute walk to the Üsküdar Camii Önü stop and transfer to bus 15M.
After 26 stops, get off at the Kavacık Sapağı stop.
A short 2-minute walk (130m) will lead you directly to the entrance of the university.

Dormitories

Our dormitories are designed in an apartment-style layout. Each student is provided with a base bed (storage bed), as well as an individual study desk, bookshelf, and wardrobe within the rooms and common areas.
Every apartment is fully equipped with:
- En-suite facilities: Shower, WC, and sink.
- Kitchenette: Two-burner electric stove, kettle, microwave oven, and mini-fridge.
- Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi service.
- Dining and social facilities include a campus cafeteria, a hobby kitchen within the apartments, and a canteen located inside the guest house. Study areas are conveniently integrated into the apartment layouts to facilitate academic focus.

We offer triple, double, and single rooms. Each unit is fully equipped with a shower, WC, kitchen, two-burner electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, mini-fridge, shoe cabinet, wardrobe, bed, and study desk.

Our university provides female and male dormitories allocated specifically for our students. The Dormitory Accounting unit organizes and monitors annual financial processes, dormitory registrations, renewal procedures, payment terms, and admission requirements.

Our campus cafeteria provides three meals a day. Our dining options include an open buffet breakfast, a selective menu for lunch and dinner, and a salad bar. In our guest houses, meal expenses are covered by the students. Pricing is calculated based on the specific menu items selected.
In our dormitories, cleaning services are provided by a professional company. Rooms, en-suite facilities (shower and WC), and corridors are cleaned daily by an expert team. Laundry and ironing services are also available. In our guest houses, a per-load fee for laundry washing is charged to the students.

South Campus
Medipol University has two separate campuses, South and North, in Beykoz Kavacık. The Kavacık Campuses are located right at the exit of the Anatolian side of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and are easily accessible by both public transport and private vehicles.

Istanbul Medipol University Kavacık Campus is located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, within the boundaries of Beykoz district. It is situated at the Kavacık Junction before the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and is on a public transportation route.

Campus
The Haliç Campus is located within the city walls, on the shores of the Golden Horn. Situated in the most central location of the city, the Campus stands out due to its surrounding historical and cultural richness. With its modern buildings, spacious lobby, and gardens, the Haliç Campus hosts a vibrant university life.
