Istanbul Medipol University Distance Education Application and Research Center was established by the decision of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) dated February 9, 2015, in accordance with article 7/d-2 of Law No. 2547 as amended by Law No. 2880. The center's mission is to coordinate certificate and diploma programs planned to be conducted using various technological educational tools, to establish and provide the necessary technical infrastructure and support, to enrich educational tools, and to develop the capacity for providing education through these tools.
