A strategic move beyond 6G: Türkiye takes the field with HABTEK

The “6G and Beyond Communication Technologies Cluster (HABTEK),” launched in line with Türkiye’s objective of becoming a globally influential actor in 6G and next-generation communication technologies, was introduced under the hosting of Istanbul Medipol University. Centered on collaboration among academia, industry, and public institutions, the project outlines Türkiye’s roadmap for next-generation communications through a vision grounded in technological independence, a strong ecosystem, and sustainable R&D.
