To teach the mechanisms of biomolecules. As a dietician they should be able to define anabolic and catabolic reactions, explain the relation between bioenergy and biomolecules and make comment on metabolism through the digestion of nutrients following the breakage of biomolecules.

This course contains; Fluid Balance in the Body,pH balance in the Body,Hormones and Metabolism,Hormones and Metabolism,Introduction to Vitamins,Vitamin C,Vitamin D,Vitamin K,Vitamins B1 and B3,Vitamins B9 and B12,Introduction to Minerals,Iron ,Iodine,Selenium.
