| Aim | The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge about the fundamental concepts of sexual health, as well as the biopsychosocial, cultural, and ethical dimensions of sexual function and dysfunction. It also aims to develop students’ knowledge and skills in the evaluation of sexual health throughout the female life cycle, and in the diagnosis and management of sexual dysfunctions using current approaches. Additionally, the course seeks to enhance students’ competencies in understanding midwifery roles and responsibilities in sexual health problems, and in the prevention and management of sexually transmitted infections. |
