| Aim | The aim of the course is to establish a theoretical knowledge foundation in architectural design, covering the fundamentals and components of architecture, architectural ideas, context, human dimensions, user requirements, and the spatial design process. Students will be informed about topics such as architect, architecture, structure, space, types of spaces, architectural design, function, ergonomics, horizontal and vertical circulation, topography, orientation, climate, materials, physical environment, socio-cultural data, structure, durability, human-environment relationship, parametric design, accessibility, and sustainability. |
