Our Aim

General Objective
Our general objective is to educate physiotherapists who can perform profession-specific assessments in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, create accurate models for service, education, research, and professional development, and plan and implement the rehabilitation process by adhering to ethical principles.

We aim to be open to new visions and strategies that will advance our education and training programs, conduct up-to-date scientific studies, produce and share universal knowledge, and contribute to the development of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation science by utilizing 21st-century information technologies. In this context, our department aims for the following:

Evidence-Based Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Education
To educate our students as physiotherapists who can use evidence-based measurement, evaluation, and treatment methods aimed at improving healthcare services. In this process, we teach effective and reliable treatment approaches using the most current scientific data.

Academic Career and Research Promotion
To encourage our graduates to pursue Master’s and PhD programs, enabling them to expand their academic knowledge and support their contribution to advanced research.

Employment and Economic Contribution
To ensure the employment of our graduates in public and private hospitals, rehabilitation centers, sports clubs, central and local government bodies, non-governmental organizations, and health tourism centers. Furthermore, to add value to the healthcare sector and the national economy by increasing employment opportunities in areas such as private clinics, elderly care centers, home care services, primary healthcare services, and workplace ergonomics units.

Lifelong Learning and Development
To enable our graduates to maintain continuous academic and personal development with a lifelong learning mindset. To this end, we support them through various training programs, seminars, and workshops, providing guidance for success in their careers.
