This course contains; Specimen acceptance,Urine sample reception and analysis,Testing with ESR (sedimentation) and HbA1c analyzers,Operation and observation on a hemogram analyzer,Familiarization with the emergency laboratory and its overall operations,Blood gas analyzer and testing process,Routine workflow of the emergency laboratory,Urine and fecal culture observation,Blood culture observation,Antibiotic susceptibility testing and MALDI-TOF instrument,Swab samples and selected tests,Blood component unit,Elisa device and spectrophotometric measurements-1,Elisa device and spectrophotometric measurements-2.
