| Aim | This course aims to provide students with a theoretical foundation in modern developments and technological innovations in healthcare management. Examining current concepts such as artificial intelligence in healthcare, digital twins, agile management, and value-based service delivery, the course aims to enable students to establish relationships between these methods, develop solutions to existing management problems using modern techniques, and analyze change management processes from an academic perspective. |
