| Aim | To recognize the basic anatomical structures of the female genital system and the pelvic region. To describe the topographical organization of the bony pelvis, pelvic wall, endopelvic fascia, and pelvic floor structures, and to explain their anatomical relationships with each other. To understand the clinical and surgical significance of pelvic organs and related structures. To identify and evaluate critical anatomical relationships in obstetric and gynecological surgery. To define pelvic spaces and potential anatomical compartments and to analyze their relationship with pathological processes, particularly patterns of infection and disease spread. To interpret pelvic anatomy from both functional and clinical perspectives and to relate associated pathologies to their anatomical foundations. |
