Aim
The aim of this course is to provide students with a systematic understanding of human embryonic development from fertilization through the early fetal period. By mastering the key events of embryogenesis—including fertilization, implantation, gastrulation, notochord formation, and neurulation—students will evaluate the development of the placenta and fetal membranes; the differentiation specific to head, neck, and facial structures; the histogenesis of skeletal, muscular, cartilaginous, and osseous tissues; and the processes governing limb development. Within this framework, the course also addresses the embryological foundations of relevant structural abnormalities, thereby fostering a clinically oriented perspective in students.

This course contains; Cartilage-bone development,Fertilization,İmplantation,Second week development,Third week development,Neurulation,Placenta,Fetal membranes,Head and Neck Development-I,Head and Neck development-II,Face development,Skeleton system development,Muscle development,Extremite development.
