ACADEMIC OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES
Our general objective is to educate physiotherapists who conduct profession-specific assessments in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, establish accurate models for service, education, research, and professional development, and plan as well as implement the rehabilitation process by adhering to ethical principles.
We aim to remain open to new visions and strategies that will advance our educational programs, conduct contemporary scientific studies, produce and share universal knowledge, and contribute to the advancement of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation science by utilizing 21st-century information technologies. Within this scope, our goals for our graduates are:
To educate physiotherapists who adopt the improvement of health as their primary goal by utilizing evidence-based measurement, evaluation, and therapeutic methods in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.
To encourage postgraduate education following graduation, thereby contributing to the fulfillment of the academic staff shortage in our country.
To contribute to the healthcare sector and the national economy by ensuring the employment of our graduates in general and local government units, non-governmental organizations, and health tourism centers.
To ensure their continuous academic and personal development with a commitment to the consciousness of lifelong learning.
