The third broadcast of the program was hosted by Alem FM radio presenter Fatih Yıldırım.

Radio Medipol’s live broadcast program “Radio Campus” continues to convey the dynamics of the sector, the subtleties of the profession, and career journeys to students by hosting experienced names from the media world. Leading names from the media world meet with students and share their knowledge and experiences with the live broadcasts held at Istanbul Medipol University South Campus. The third broadcast of the program was made by Alem FM’s popular radio host Fatih Yıldırım. The program, which was broadcasted live on Istanbul Medipol University’s YouTube channel, hosted Assoc. Prof. Burak Özkan from Medipol Acıbadem Regional Hospital as well as students from the campus. Yıldırım stated that he missed his student years and expressed the joy and excitement of hosting a program at Istanbul Medipol University.
ASSOC. PROF. ÖZKAN: PLASTIC SURGERY IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO ART
In the program, Assoc. Prof. Burak Özkan gave information on plastic surgery and said: “Although plastic surgery was a well-known field in the past, its popularity has increased significantly today. Currently, plastic surgery has become a preferred branch with the highest scores in medical schools.” Indicating that success in this field goes through an important process, Assoc. Prof. Özkan emphasized that he works in a delicate field, namely microsurgery, and that although such surgeries may seem easy from the outside, they are extremely difficult and require meticulous attention to detail. Assoc. Prof. Özkan also underlined the importance of plastic surgeons having an artistic perspective while doing their job and said: “We plan surgeries with drawings, and most plastic surgeons have the ability to draw.”
