PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES 
To educate competent midwives who are equipped with comprehensive professional knowledge and skills, adopting a holistic approach to protect and promote the health of women, newborns, children, and society.

To educate healthcare professionals who adhere to ethical values in line with our professional philosophy, embrace evidence-based practices, respect cultural differences, and possess effective communication skills.

To educate pioneering midwives who continuously maintain their individual and professional development by adopting the principles of innovation, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning.

To educate leading midwives who will shape the future of the midwifery profession by conducting advanced professional education and research activities in the light of science and technology.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES 
Possesses the knowledge and skills to provide services to women, newborns, children, and families with a holistic approach sensitive to cultural differences.

Has the knowledge and skills to conduct monitoring and services that ensure the protection, maintenance, and promotion of health.

Ensures safe conditions during pregnancy, labor, and delivery; manages risky and emergency situations, and conducts the birthing process independently.

Provides qualified care for the adaptation of the woman, newborn, and family during the postpartum period.

Possesses the knowledge and skills to provide individualized care in cases of pregnancy termination or loss, in accordance with national laws, regulations, and procedures.

Performs professional practices in accordance with relevant legislation, professional ethics, principles, and standards.

Conducts practices in a culturally sensitive manner in the light of current scientific evidence, technological developments, and contemporary health policies.

Participates in research, education, and projects related to the field; plays an active role in translating results into practice.

Participates in, leads, and provides consultancy for activities related to the empowerment of women in the field of service.

Communicates and collaborates with the healthcare team and all other disciplines in professional practices.

Adopts lifelong learning, is open to development, and possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Possesses a level of English proficiency sufficient to follow current literature and communicate with colleagues.
