The aim of this course is to analyze the concept of social problems within theoretical and empirical frameworks; to ensure understanding of the causes, consequences, and impacts of key social issues such as poverty, violence, migration, and addiction on client groups; and to provide the competence to develop advocacy and solution proposals for these problems through a social work perspective.
