| Aim | Improvement of oral and written communication skills in the field of Aviation in line with CEFR B1 level using four fundamental skills. |
| Course Content | This course contains; Approach 1 & Approach 2 (The announcements before landing containing the rules for the passengers to follow),Arrival & Post Flight Duties (Warnings that flight attendants give passengers during approach and landing & the things that flight attendants need to do after the passengers deplane),Between Flights (The things that people do between flights during layovers),Passengers 1 & Passengers 2 (The things that the rude passengers do and the ways to deal with these & Differnt types of passengers),Dealing with rude and difficult passengers&Reviewing the pax list before boarding,Relocations and Bases & Reserve Duty (The reasons for relocations and its difficulties & the details of reserve duties),Schedules & Biding ( The reasons for dropping trips and information included on a bid sheet),Customer Service Tips & Crew Resource Management (The challenges flight attendants face & the importance of management in problem solving),The Sterile Cocpit & Flight Emergencies 1 (The importance of a sterile cockpit & the reasons for emergency landing),Flight Emergencies 2 (Different kinds of irregular landings),Medical Emergencies (Medical emergencies that may occur on airplanes),First Aid (reasons for using a first-aid kit),Aircraft Security 1 (The passengers who pose a threat to people) ,Aircraft Security 2 (Kinds of security training flight attendants receive). |
